. Includes 1723 Woods Hibernia
Halfpenny Martin 4.62-Gc.7 Rarity-3 VF30 net F15 for verdigris,
and 1794 Talbot Allum & Lee Cent with New York Breen-1029
VF30 net VF20 for hairline scratches in the obverse fields. Both
are glossy chocolate and olive brown with strong date and leg-
ends. Lot of 2 coins.

. Includes
1723 French Colonial copper sol, 1781 Irish counterfeit half-
penny, 1783 Washington Unity Cent, 1787 Connecticut Miller
11.2-K, 1798 Large Cent with Style II Hair, an undated New Jer-
sey copper, and an undated large cent of the 1816-1835 type.
Some are sharper with defects. Lot of 7 coins.

1783 Nova Constellatio Crosby 1-A Pointed Rays with
Large US Rarity-1

PCGS graded VF-20
. Smooth glossy
medium chocolate brown and steel. No roughness, verdigris, or
notable marks. Just lightly worn. The date and legends are
complete and easily readable although some elements are rela-
tively weak due to an uneven strike from the late die state. The
Pointed Rays and Large US features are noted on the PCGS
label. Listed on page 54 in the "Redbook."

Pair of ANACS graded Connecticut Coppers
. Includes 1785
Maris 3.4-F.2 Rarity-2 (an "ET LIR" variety with Mailed Bust
Right) ANACS VF20 and 1787 Maris 33.32-Z.13 Rarity-1 (Draped
Bust Left) ANACS VF30. The first is a bit dull while the second is
mostly glossy. Both have a clear date and legend. Lot of 2
ANACS slabbed coins.

. Mailed Bust Left type. Attractive glossy medium brown and
light chocolate. Smooth surfaces that are free of notable marks
or other defects. LDS with a strong "Horn" break from the bust
into the field before the chin. Listed on page 61 in the "Red-
book."

1787 Connecticut Miller 33.9-s.2 Rarity-2 PCGS "Genu-
ine" AU Details, Environmental Damage
. Frosty dark steel
and olive. The eye appeal is quite nice, but a glass reveals uni-
form extremely fine roughness covering the planchet with
traces of microscopic verdigris in protected areas. No marks or
other defects. Nicely struck but slightly off center to K-4 leaving
parts of the legend tight to the edge of the planchet. The
designs are bold. A nice example of the Draped Bust Left type.

. Draped Bust Left type. Rather glossy dark olive
brown and steel. The planchet appears smooth to the unaided
eye but a glass reveals uniform very fine granularity. No marks
or other defects. The date and legends are complete and
strong. The attribution is shown on the ANACS label. Listed on
page 62 in the "Redbook."

. Sharpness VG10 but lightly corroded, mostly on the
reverse. No marks and only a single small spot of reddish verdi-
gris. The date and legends are readable. Late die state display-
ing obvious swelling on the upper part of the obverse. Listed on
page 62 in the "Redbook." Weight 134.8 grains.

. Very attractive glossy medium chocolate brown with lighter
steel brown toning on the devices. Void of any notable defects.
This piece is sharply struck and it offers excellent eye appeal for
the grade. Listed on page 69 in the "Redbook."

1787 New Jersey Maris 6-C Rarity-5 VG7
. Mostly glossy
olive brown and steel. The planchet is reasonably smooth
except for an area of shallow corrosion on the right side of the
obverse and a few voids on the rim over UNUM on the reverse.
No notable verdigris or contact marks. The date is weakly
struck, as always on this variety, but it is complete and easily
readable. Listed on page 70 in the "Redbook." Weight 139.3
grains.
