frost highlights the fundamentally flawless surfaces, with a light
overlay of attractive pale sky-blue and lilac toning over the
obverse and reverse. While common at the lower Mint State lev-
els, the Iowa commemorative is rare in this superlative state of
preservation. This lot belongs in the ultimate PCGS Registry set
of the series.
