nedy halves in the Ultra Cameo or Deep Cameo designation are
much more difficult than the other SMS 40% silver Kennedys.
This specimen offers pristine silver-white surfaces with excellent
contrast and the desired silver-on-black appearance required for
this certification.

NGC graded MS-68 Ultra Cameo.
The SMS
pieces evolved in quality from simple mint set examples to
near-proofs by their final year, 1967. The number of Cameo
and Ultra Cameo pieces increased as well, though in this
high grade, any coin is a considered condition rarity. This
essentially perfect specimen displays deeply frosted, ice-
white devices that contrast nicely with highly reflective mir-
rored fields.

finest graded at both services.
