PCGS graded Proof 67 Cameo
. A flashy white
Gem Proof Cameo. Only 1,100 minted. This is a simply gor-
geous Proof Morgan Dollar whose essentially untoned sur-
faces reveal razor sharp striking distinctness in all areas.
Both sides are highly reflective in the fields and richly
frosted over the devices, which of course “reflects” on the
assigned Proof 67 grade! The cameo contrast is about the
same boldness on each side. A pristine example. Only a
fraction of the survivors can boast both the protection this
coin received in the last 130-odd years, and the strong con-
trast of the present coin.

PCGS graded MS-66
. Frosty and white. Frosted glass
luster and impressive fields. If you have ever seen magnesium
powder flash by ignition you will be on familiar terms with the
blinding white sparkle of this silvery gem 1882 Morgan. The
pressure transmitted from the die to the blank reveals itself in
sharp devices on either side.
