Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Struck circa 129/8 BC. Diademed and draped bust of Phraates right, with-

in bead-and-reel border. Reverse: BAΣIΛEΩΣ MEΓAΛOY AP-ΣAKOY NIKHΦOPOV, Male deity

seated left, holding cornucopia and Nike, who crowns him with wreath; in exergue, two monograms.

holding bow in right hand.
