. CY 2 (138/7 BC). Serpent emerging from
within cista mystica with open lid; all within ivy wreath.
Reverse:
to left, bow case between two entwined ser-
pents; in upper right field, date (B); in right field, facing half-
length bust of Artemis Ephesia. Kleiner & Noe series 36; SNG
von Aulock 1858. Nicely toned.
