38.6 grams, dual loops on reverse for attachment. Struck from
fine quality dies; Choice near Mint State and extremely rare.
The Kiangsu Railway Company was established ca. 1905 and
believed to be in operation by 1907. It was part of the Chinese
Republic's nationalization scheme of 1914 with agreement from
UK banks and stockholders.
