3008 1st Class Set with Imperial Crown. Austrian manufacture. Ca. early 20th Century.
Includes Cross and Star. Cross: Silver. 84 by 54 mm. Unmarked. Red enamel with
multicolored medallions and crown. Gilt. The hinged crown suspension fitted with
carrier on reverse. Star: Silver. 83 mm. Maker’s mark ‘C.F. ROTHE’ and ‘WIEN’
applied on vertical pin.
Condition:
Cross has some loss of red enamel on the top reverse arm and crown.
Still well preserved. Star – absolutely problem free.
