Minerva standing facing, head left, holding owl and spear; on
lower level, Liberalitas standing facing, holding up tessera. RIC
152; WCN 130. Glossy dark brown patina, smoothing noted.

Triumphal arch sur-
mounted by statue of emperor in quadriga accompanied by Pax
and Victory, flanked by two soldiers; a nude, helmeted statue of
Mars in side niche of arch. RIC 147; WCN 111. Boldly struck on
a nice broad medallic flan. A rather pleasing example.
