met ornamented with griffin’s head; behind, X (de-
nomination).
Reverse:
NA-T below, ROMA in relief
in linear frame in exergue, Victory, holding whip
and reins, driving galloping biga right. Crawford
200/1; Sydenham 382; Pinaria 2. Well struck and
perfectly centered. Nicely toned with golden iri-
descense on the reverse.
